Good Buy!...wise buy...Other Thoughts For PC speakers I would rate these and 5 out of 5, but for home theater setups with floor standing speakers, you will be better off going with Polk Monitors 40-45 for $120-80....I have other Polk speakers that have provided good sound for good value, these small bookshelf speakers are part of a small room surround sound system and are working out very well as expected.
Amp up your music listening experience with these magnetically shielded bookshelf speakers that feature Dynamic Balance composite woofers and tweeters and a front-firing bass port for a lush, balanced soundscape.
Love it...Good sound...Have hooked them up to PC (sounds great!)....the look and feel of these speakers are very good and the sound is good except they could be louder then what they are, I would have given a five star if they were louder.

Great speakers...Great sound...I can plug these into my PC via USB and TV via the optical connection....Even at close to maximum volume they stay tight and you hear very little distortion as long as your source isn't EQ'd bass heavy.

Great sound....Not bad...These sound great, I purchased 3 sets of these for a total of 6 speakers for my 7.1 suround sound and with the Denon reciever and Yamaha subwoofer....we have only purchased 4 of these to use for our surround sound system, and the system can handle up to seven speakers, but so far 4 are working great.

Great buy...Nice rears...I use these as my PC speakers, along with a Dayton Audio SUB-1200 and an old Sony receiver via optical with very little EQ tweaking....It sounds much better than it should for the price and you would have to spend upwards of $2000 on a Bowers and Wilkins soundbar to get close to the sound quality of even a budget 5.1 system.
Experience lush audio with these Pioneer SP-BS22-LR bookshelf speakers that feature 80W maximum power handling for crisp, robust sound. The curved cabinet design helps minimize vibration for exceptional performance.
Good product...Good sound....While I was watching the Revenant on UHD it was amazing how much that emersive sound added to the movie, as opposed to a different set of speakers that would sound like noise coming from 7 different directions....Since the speakers strength is making things sound more like a symphony than a rock concert, the vocals can be swallowed up as part of the atmosphere.
Immerse yourself in room-filling sound with these Sony Core Series SSCS5 bookshelf speakers, which feature 5" woofers and 3/4" and 1" tweeters for precise instrument and vocal reproduction and dynamic acoustic depth.
Good upgrade...Great sound!...Paired with a ProCenter1000 and the 800 Sub (and some older Polks to make it 7.1) they sound so much better and give a much fuller sounds than the Polks alone in 5.1....One great thing about this speaker you might not have thought of: you may have to lift your TV up so it won't block your screen -- I had to jack up my 40-inch Samsung by four inches -- but if you don't mind doing that, you can save $75 off the cost of the ProCenter 1000 and get a center channel identical, not just similar, to your other speakers.

Good Stuff...Great Sats...I would also highly recommend the speaker mounts that can be bought for them also made by Definitive, especially if they will be installed on a wall....I am extremely pleased with these speakers and can not wait until I gather the funds to purchase 2 more each for the sides and rears.

Great product...Sounds great...After doing a bit of research on AVR forums, as well as looking at the definitive website that these are capable of much lower frequencies, I proceeded to put them at a comfortable 80hz, and the center at 100hz....I like the ProCenter 1000, however, listening to the speakers, a larger center would not be a problem in terms of balance #which says how strong the ProMonitor 1000's are#.

Just fine...I love Bose....Week nights are a great time to do this, as the staff are more attentive and very accommadating to letting you play with the speaker selectors....I decided to take the 201s home and hook them to my Panasonic 100 watt receiver, which also has a Klipsch Sub 12 hooked up (just bought the same evening as a great scratch and dent deal).
These updated classics offer an extraordinary but affordable stereo listening experience. They're voice-matched for seamless integration with other Bose models in home theater applications.

They did very well....Great sound...Using these as surround spkrs.in my 5.1 setup.Sound very good as what I'm using them for.Don't think I would use them as fronts....A Denon receiver drives the speakers and after calibration created an excellent sound field that makes almost any seat an ideal listening position.
Keep your sound system tucked away until you need it with these Polk bookshelf speakers. They are big on sound yet compact enough to fit on a bookshelf.
Simply fantastic....Great Speakers...resulted in sound that went from tiny and tinny--- to amazingly clear, full, louder, and more importantly: Exciting....The Motion 2's outperform but they are also a bit on the big side for computer desks.
