Sony - Digital Voice Recorder

I've been looking for a portable recorder to record directly from radios at home and while on travel. I have the Sony ICD-U70 recorder but that one tends to drain the batteries after about a month whether it's been used or not. I was looking at the various Zoom recorder models, but saw this Sony on sale for $69 and decided to try it. The recorder connects directly to the audio output of any device via the mic-in jack and doesn't distort the sound. It comes with an AC adapter but also runs on batteries. It records directly to an included 2GB SD camera card so it's easy to transfer files to the computer. It has on on-board speaker so you can check the quality of recordings right away without having to use headphones. My only complaint is that the power/hold switch is a little inconvenient to operate but I've never had a problem turning it on. Seems like an excellent value at the sale price.
