Electric stove met its maker at camp, I also had to go off grid with a minimal sized solar array requiring minimizing my draw. This cooktop met my needs and handles everything from hot beverages to pancakes for breakfast and onto main courses; performing all well.

This is a great induction burner! It heats and cooks very fast!! We use it for camping and sometimes in hotels to cook eggs the way we prefer! ;-) I do wish the burner was slightly bigger, but everyone just waits their turn.

This appliance heats faster. I used it for canning pepper jelly and was finished in half the time it would have taken to heat the water on our smooth top stove. May want a second one for the holidays!

It heats up really fast and food is cooked evenly.
