This stove is gorgeous, but I never realized how difficult it is to keep a black stove clean! Seriously, it is ok to keep clean. I have to adjust the burners since right now all of them are at the same strength. There is not one that is a lower flame than the others. LOVE to middle burner! I bought a cast iron griddle and we use it all the time! Fun!

I do a lot of canning and food processing. The center burner is fantastic for those that have over-sized stock pots. My husband loves the change out griddle that came with it.

QuestionIf you loose electricity, can the stove be lite manually?Power loss

- Answer Dear Customer: In case of prolonged power failure, the surface burners on model WFG231LVQ can be lit manually. Hold a lit match near a burner and turn knob counterclockwise to LITE. Gas conversions from Natural gas to LP gas or from LP gas to Natural gas must be done by a qualified installer. Examples of a qualified person include: A licensed heating personnel, An authorized gas company personnel, or an authorized service personnel. Thank you for your interest in our Whirlpool Range.

QuestionIs the oven operated by electric or gas?I need a gas range that operates the oven with gas and not electric. I have an old gas range so the original owners did not put in a 220 plug for the gas range.
