Q: QuestionDoes this model have an adjustable upper rack?I have a flyer outlining the various whirlpool models and it indicates that this model DOES have an adjustable upper rack, however the Best Buy website states that it does NOT, which is it? Does or does it not have an adjustable upper rack?

Q: QuestionIs there any other silverware basket that will fit this machine, as the openings to hold the flatware are too narrow.I know I can remove the plastic inserts, but that kind of defeats the purpose of holding the flatware in an upright position. The holes are not very wide at all, and there's no reason I should have to go out and purchase new flatware.

Q: QuestionHas anyone had staining problems on the stainless front panel after drying cycle?

- A:Answer Do you mean stains that seem to come from the steam vent? I haven't had any problems with that, but I did have some smudges that were difficult to remove after installation. I used Bar Keeper's Friend on the marks and over several applications, the smudges have been reduced to barely visible. I have to admit that the stainless has been harder to keep clean than I expected.
