Decades after she defeated Ares amidst the First World War, Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) strives to lead an everyday existence as the Cold War sets the United States on edge. Diana indulges in the modern amenities of the mid-1980s yet continues to mourn for her lost love, Steve Trevor (Chris Pine). Yet when two new enemies, media mogul Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal) and Diana's former friend Barbara Ann Minerva (Kristen Wiig) threaten to upset the balance of the world, it is up to Diana to restore peace. Directed by Patty Jenkins. Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen co-star.~Maggie Sadler
The critics condemed this movie. I thought it had a great moral message, about lusting after power, money, and greed of war. Even Wonder woman herself learned a valuable lesson. The film was not perfect. However I gave a grade of "B" filmed beautifully, Dolby vision, and Atmos were great. Snazzy steelbook Moral
The movie is either a hit or miss with most people but the steelbook design is fantastic. It even sparkles when you put light close to it. So if you're a collector of good looking steelbooks this is one of them.
I only buy movies that we deem the best to watch in 4K and we only buy them when they are in Steelbooks. The craftsmanship and the way they feel in your hand make it worth the extra cost. Plus, it looks great in your library.
We loved WW84 in 4K, it felt like we were watching a comic book come to life. The Dolby Atmos presentation really added to our enjoyment of the film.
A great fun filled adventure movie for the family (and the ladies in your life) although for the more fan driven, may find the story falters in the strength the first one had. Loopy concepts and character morals really leave you 'wonder'-ing...
