Great when it's not overheating. It shuts itself off if it's been on too long even if it's got battery left. As far as a massager itself, it is helpful but the ergonomics are a bit odd.

It works very well for my neck. However, it seems to need to charge for a while. Still, I'd buy it again. It puts me in a trance, while sitting in my armchair, using it, while watching TV.

Pretty good. Works as advertised. Seems solid. Control ls are fairly straight forward.

Very strong massage. Maybe for some. Usually, I prefer a strong massage. This one actually was too strong for me. The device is of good quality.

It is ok but the little knobs are too long. It is hard to fit on my shoulders

Got this for my mom. She said it was OK. A little bit too rough on her but overall she liked it.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. He is a bigger man who pilots a boat for a living. So a lot of sitting in a chair which causes him back pain. I'm a lot smaller then him so it's hard for me to really message or adjust his back for him. He has used this item at least 2x a week since he got it. It's adjustable straps makes it where it will fit me or him. As well as it's hand straps that allow you to control where and how deep it messages it's strong enough to work on him. While still easy enough to work on me. We love it!

It wasn't suited to my needs. Honestly it didn't sit right where i needed to but i do have a small build.

Its just ok for the price also kinda smallee then others like it.

I was hopeful that this massager would bring some relief to tightness in my neck/traps. I was surprised at 1.how small the unit is 2. The motor isn’t very strong 3. You can’t really feel the lower knobs 4. One of the larger top knobs broke after barely a week of use. This brand needs to bring back the larger, shiatsu neck and shoulder massager. That one was great which is why I had high hopes. As for this particular massager, it’s a dud. Sad I wasted my money on this!

I purchased this massager with the hopes of it doing its job...and I want to say that I absolutely love it..I can say i give it 2 thumbs.

My wife has had neck and shoulder issues for some time. Ever since surgery. So i decided that this will help and it does. Got it for Christmas 2024 and she uses it every night. She loves it

Truly kneads deep into your neck and shoulders! Great for relieving tension, knots, ect. The additional heat option is great.

I bought this for my my wife she has nerve damage in her neck so periodically she gets next spasms the next pains and it works for her and she's happier so I really like it

This did not feel good and it hurt my neck. I would not recommend this and was glad to return it.
