Great Design
The overall design of this cabinet is great (ventilation, dimensions, etc.). I really like the height of cabinet. I have a 75 inch TV and the overall height sitting on this cabinet is perfect. Many other cabinets were closer to 30 inches tall, putting the center of the screen a bit too high. The hinges for the bottom, center component door were broken when the unit arrived. I contacted BDI directly late that evening via email and by 8am the next morning I received an email from BDI, with an apology and a promise to ship replacement hinges. I received the hinges a few days later and replaced them myself. Great service from BDI. Delivery from Best Buy was challenging. I ordered the unit in a store and was told it should be delivered in 7 to 10 days. The day before the scheduled delivery, I received a call that the delivery was being delayed for a few days. This process repeated 2 or 3 more times. After a couple of frustrating calls with the store, I found out they now had a unit in stock at the store. So they cancelled my original order and shipped the unit from the store. It was finally delivered almost a month after the original order. If they had told me a month from the start, that would have been fine. After the 2nd or 3rd time of hearing it will be delivered in a few days, it became frustrating.

Excellent product.
High quality. Very satisfied. Needed a stand that could house a center speaker and have easy access to wires. Brilliant design and excellent hardware. Bought two. One for RI and other for Florida home.

Awesome high end entertainment center
Exceptional quality. Looks amazing with our high end entertainment equipment. Very functional as well. The only "complaint" is that the store said the product would arrive fully assembled due to the quality specifications of the manufacturer. However, it only came partially assembled and took some time to complete. Nevertheless, once it was completed, it has been a great addition to our living space and we have received many compliments from visitors about its appearance.
