Q: So do those two extra pieces shown with the large clamp come with this thing for the $30 price tag?
A: Yes, the neck comes with the clamp
Q: Can the go pro pivot once it's on the mount?
A: You can adjust but you need to use the other brackets. The mount doesn't allow the camera to face forward, it will face right or left. To make it face forward the other brackets are needed. A very odd design choice.
