Great for small spaces5

I just got my first Xbox 360 kinect system and I was afraid about the small playing area in my room. A friend told me about this product and I grabbed it up as soon as I could. You can't beat the price either. So far I have had nothing but positive experiences with it. I am able to play very close to the TV and the sensor still picks up my entire body. You can only move so much in a small space but this makes it so much easier.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Nice idea to not have to move furniture. But it plain doesn't work. It ruins the tracking. The area that you can play in becomes very small.
Worst of all it is very difficult to get out of the box so it will be tough to return. Do not recommend this item at all.1 out of 1 found this review helpful.

While I thought I was buying a whole new kinect controller that was smaller it turns out this one fits over the existing bar and maximizes small space... Really helped the kids be able to maximize room.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

Zoom for XBox Kinect1

The Zoom for XBox is a great idea for small game spaces. It installs easily and is barely noticeable on the Kinect sensor, making it an attractive accessory. However, the Kinect system would not recognize any players with the Zoom installed. I had to return the Zoom, but I still use the XBox Kinect.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

I was super excited to buy this for my boyfriend for Christmas. We thought it would be fun to play together. We figured we'd need the zoom because our place is small. Too small. The Zoom helps but not enough. I don't recommend anyone with a small living room to invest in it. It's disappointing. I am however, holding onto it in the hopes we move to a place that it'll work better.0 out of 0 found this review helpful.

This works great and its really easy to set up. I didn't scratch my Kinect and it works perfectly with games. I've used it with two different games and didn't have an issue with either. I received this as a gift and was unsure after reading the reviews. I needed it though because I didn't realize how much space you needed for the Kinect. My wife uses Kinect for exercising, but our living room is just a bit too small. We have to move our coffee table for her to use it. But when we saw this at Best Buy, it really caught our eye. So we bought it and I was surprised at how easy it was to install. More importantly, after our first test we were very pleased with the results. Nothing more to be said other than the fact that it works as advertised. Very happy. And the color blends in so much that you hardly notice it's on the Kinect.2 out of 3 found this review helpful.
