Q: What is the up and down degree tilt?
A: The VXF220 has a 5/-15 degrees of up and down tilt.
Q: Does this mount have any type of anti-theft features for outdoor mounted TV's?
A: Hello, Actually this mount is not rated for outdoor use. We do not recommend using this outdoors as it is not under the warranty. Kathryn @SANUS

Q: How far will the TV extend out from the wall?
A: That depends on how thick your TV is. The back side of my TV is about 1/2 inch from the wall; the front side is 4 inches from it.
Q: What is the flush to wall measure when retracted?
