Kingchii smoker damaged and missing parts
Damaged upon arrival. Damaged paint and missing hardware. Damaged temperature knob, rusted parts in packages, popped welds on rain guard. The box came from Amazon. I would assume it was an Amazon return sold at Best buy market place and to put the cherry on the cake it took a month and a half to get to me. And there making the return extensive and ridiculous making me send description, photos , a video so far they still have not advised if there going to send me a return lable.
