A: I just purchased this kit and it does come with the homebase 380, not sure why eufy and Best Buy blew this fact. Nowhere does it say it comes with an homebase just the photo gives us a possible answer.Even the eufy box just says home base. Sometimes I really wonder how these companies operate with such missteps.

Great Seller Support & Smooth Resolution
The product arrived exactly as ordered and looks good so far. I’ll be installing it shortly, but everything appears to be in great condition upon arrival.
