Worth Every Penny!
I couldn't be happier with this range. My husband calls it the Lamborghini of stoves because it looks sleek and performs like a beast! The burners are perfectly designed to allow for high heat or a low simmer at every burner. The oven itself heats up very quickly and the convection fan reminds me of professional grade ovens I've used in the past. So far everything I've baked has come out great, so it seems like the heating in the oven is very even. Even though the oven capacity is smaller than a standard oven, the three racks make it easy to fit multiple sheet pans or baking dishes in at one time. The only negative experience I had was that the delivery driver misplaced the oven handle in the packaging when they were unwrapping it for delivery. Luckily I just contacted the manufacturer who sent a replacement part right away, so we only were without a handle for a week.

Best gas range ever
Waited for a while before submitting a review. Have been using a lot and very happy with the purchase. It heats up water really fast almost like a convection style range. Also dual ring burner on all of the them. Not a very known brand so hot the extended warranty through best buy just in case

Please read this for an HONEST and REAL review.
I am overall dissatisfied with the Forno Capriasca 30 inch gas range. The range itself is beautiful, was shipped well with a secure crate, propane conversion was easy and install went well. The performance of the range is where I’m sad. Not one of the five burners has a low enough flame to simmer sauces, make gravies, or even make rice. The oven is 100 degrees off temp and then 25 degrees over temp with convection. I followed all instructions and everything is calibrated correctly. I am a mom of three and cook three homemade meals a day. I also have friends and family over for meals constantly. I thought this was the range of my dreams, only to be highly disappointed.
