Great purchase
I bought this AC in early July. The AC is energy efficient, as it used most 9-10 kwh/day during the heatwave, and set at 70F. Another great feature is its low level of noise. It sounds more like a fan, rather than other AC brands. The design is pretty and its easy to install. The downside is a bit pricey but its worth the money. I'm very happy with purchase.

THE Best and Quietest we've ever owned.
Not only is this the quietest air conditioner we have ever owned over the past 30 years, but it also can cool an area much larger than its rated capacity. Well over 60% more. Plus, it does it evenly, with no hot spots from corner to corner. This 12K BTU, along with one 8K BTU cools our 1100SF one level home very well and very efficently.

12000 BTU was not enough for my 300sq ft living ro
Aesthetically pleasing, noise level is great, not too loud for a big unit, but it does not cool my entire living room, it only makes it fresh when outside temperature is in the 70 degrees. But so far in 80 and 90 degree days it has not been efficient. I am not sure if the AC unit is not performing well due to the AC sleeve not having a lot of ventilation, or what other reason could be. I would love to return it and get a bigger unit. Maybe a 14k BTU for my 300sq ft living room but I didn’t realize Best Buy only offers a 15 day return period. So overall I cannot say it’s a bad unit but it has not worked for my space
