I finally got this laptop roughly three days ago after an order hassle with Best Buy (It still says "In Progress" can you believe that) and let me tell you it is 100% quality and you are definitely getting what you pay for.
Can easily handle running multiple programs at once. Ive been using Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier, sometimes simultaneously, and they run smoothly, no input lag what so ever. The sound quality is also something to be mentioned, because it is very crisp and clear, very good with sub bass. The monitor displays clear, vibrant colors, that's all good.
As for gaming, I do not own a lot of high power games, but it can smoothly run "I Am Bread" on its highest graphic settings with little to no lag, so that's rad.
It should be noted, however, that the image Best Buy Provides above is not the same as the laptop I received in the mail, though it does have the same technical specs. The laptop I received was full on black, rather than black and gray (A plus in my opinion but just a note for those with aesthetic in mind). The one pictured above is also slimmer than the actual product.
This laptop is a MONSTER size wise, and not just because of the screen (major plus by the way, screen size is perfect for drawing in Paint Tool Sai without it getting too pixelated), but because it is VERY thick.
Overall, this laptop is incredible, definitely consider it if you need a strong gaming/ multitasking laptop.
In the images below, I tried to show just how large it was and was the appearance was different. I took those on my phone, I apologize for the poor quality. Also, in the top down shot of the keyboard, the stickers (left and right) are of my own addition, excuse them.
