A: I am not sure about your question in regards to panel doors. For the ips question, it is not an ips screen but it is amazing monitor. Very clear in 4K resolution.

A: Wouldn't you want a monitor or TV with 4K HDR to get the most out of your Xbox One X? I don't think this monitor has HDR.
A: This monitor works fine with a PC (I use it this way myself) as long as your PC has an HDMI or DP output. The graphics card in your PC may very well be unable to deliver a 4K signal but the display accepts resolutions down to 800 x 600
