Bigger is better
I love my new computer it came with a mouse and keypad but you can also use touch screen. Like a laptop. How cool is that.

For the price point, a good buy
I bought this for an older parent for Christmas. I wanted them to be able to use something simple to skype with their grandkids since we life far off. Dont expect a high end gaming machine, but for web surfing, emails, and skype... this machine is more than capable. The set up and design with everything built in was a real plus and allowed him to lose the tower setup he had previously. It was easy to show him how to use and I was able to install a program that reverted the look of windows 10 (another OS flop for Microsoft) back to the look and feel of XP. That helped the learning curve dramatically. Classicshell.net is the site I used and it helped him feel comfortable with the new PC. The camera is of adequate quality and the fact that the pc can double as a huge tablet is also a nice perk for an older person who has trouble seeing the smaller font on normal tablets. It was priced appropriately for what I think is included. Overall it seems to be a good choice.

Absolutely bad purchase. BestBuy should have known
My rating is zero. The Dell All in One desktop gave me problems the very day i took it home. I've called Dell every other day. They've had a tech come and service it at home. Still not functioning. It has currently been shipped to Dell. My second Dell. Horrible customer service. Horrible machines.

Economical basic computer
Bought this as an addition to a group of older desktop computers. Internal battery is pretty convenient. Really makes this like a big tablet. Not a speedy device though. Windows updates and virus scans slow it down quite a bit. It does function well as a basic word processing / e-mail / internet surfing computer. My daughter uses it frequently to work on writing a book. Office 365 works well with it. Windows 10 is friendly with it overall, especially with the touch screen. The size and performance of the display is pretty good. I had one issue of significance in the first month. It appears that an update attempted to install overnight and when the computer restarted it had a boot device failure. Turning the power off and restarting resolved the issue. Not a good feeling for a month old computer though. Based on early indications of failure, I couldn't recommend this to a friend.

Just the basics, but that's not a bad thing
I bought this computer for my Mom and it has fit her needs perfectly. She only does light browsing, MS Office and Quickbooks and it does that perfectly in a very aesthetically pleasing body. If you're looking for a clean, simple PC that cuts out all the unnecessary bells &whistles this is for you. Straight to the point and the best solution for her needs.
