Q: Out of all the models of this sound system, would I have to start with the "1" model? Or could I start with the "2"? I am looking for a high fidelity sound speaker that is both Bluetooth and Wired/aux input (for future expansion). Thanks much-

A: You can start with any of the models. I started out with ' Heos 3' and added more from there. Which ever one you start with you will be more then happy!!!

Q: Is setup difficult?

A: Set-up is simple once you get App. I was told it wasn't as intuitive as Sonos but I really think that is for folks who use multiple streaming sources. I only use Pandora and Spotify and it is very easy. What I love is the you can also other audio sources with the "line in".

Great speaker system for the price
I had a Bose speaker system that I gave to my nieces. I bought the Denon HEOS1 for a fraction of the price. It sounds great and I can get more volume out of it if I need to.

clean looking and sounds good
I use this on my outdoor cover deck. I have it on a speaker mount. It does sound good. Good mid. Poor highs and lows. However, that would be expected based on the size of the unit. It is fairly easy to link up. Takes a handful of times to get used to the process to get it going.

Incredible sound
The sound is very strong and loud for it to come out of one speaker. Syncs great with the rest of the HEOS system that I have in the house. Recommended buy!
