A: There is no image quality reduction if you use on 110" on a 120".

Q: Is this screen sound transparent so I can mount in wall speaker behind it?
A: No. Look for a screen made with acoustic material.
Q: What is the actual viewing size of the screen?
A: The viewing size is 120" diagonal. Projector screens are measured similar to TV's.
A: Will this screen work with a laser UST projector? If not what screen is recommended preferably that will help with ambient lighting?
