Q: whats\'s the difference in model # m477fnw and the model number m477fdn?
A: The m477fdn has automatic two-sided printing and the m477fnw has manual. Also the m477fnw has built-in wi-fi whereas the other one does not.
A: The Best Buy guy told us the toner cartridges it comes with lasts about 2300 pages. They are $85 each.

A: Yes, I have it installed in my house where every computer is running Windows 10 Pro and it works fine, printing and scanning to each.

A: Yes, quite a stupid move by HP. However, you don't have it quite right. The m477fdw DOES have auto duplex. f = fax d = duplex w = wireless That said, you have the following: m477fnw: fax, no auto duplex, wireless m477fdn: fax, auto duplex, no wireless m477fdw: fax, auto duplex, wireless Ironically, the m477fnw is available in most stores but it is the one that I would stay away from due to it's inability to auto duplex.
