Q: Can you add speakers to this turntable?
A: Thank you for choosing JENSEN. You cannot add speakers directly to the unit. The backside has RCA Line-out Jacks. Using a cable to connect this to another amp, or pre-amp, you can drive additional speakers.
Q: Is there a way of transferring my records to a Windows 10 computer or iPhone?
A: Yes. This JENSEN model JTA-230 features direct MP3 Encoding from the turntable or the auxiliary input jack right to your computer using the included USB cord and conversion software.
A: Do not connect additional speakers to this unit as there is not enough power to drive them. On the back of this unit is a pair of LINE OUT RCA jacks. You can connect this unit to an external Hi-Fi / AMPLIFIER system by connecting the LINE OUT RCA Jacks to the auxiliary input jacks on your Hi-Fi / AMPLIFIER system with RCA cables (not included). Then the additional speakers can be connected to the auxiliary AMPLIFIER.
