Q: Is this good for video and photo files?
A: I have 14 gigs of photos on this external drive. Retrieval is a a touch slow.
A: The return/exchange period is 15 days from the original day of purchase. If you have Elite or Elite Plus status, then you would have an extended return/exchange period. It would be 30 days for Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members. Q: Is this hard drive backwards compatible with USB 2.0? If so do I need a special cable?
A: Yes it is, I have also used this on my iMac with the USB 2.0 Ports
