Q: Can you cook a turkey in it?
A: I couldn't cook anything in the two I've gone through. The temp never got above 175 degrees and I had to finish in my oven.
Q: How much meat does this hold?
A: undefined
A: I wouldn't. It puts off smoke and would be problematic inside.
A: Yes. It has a removable shelf that holds water in one side and a small pile of wood chips on the other side. I've only used mine a few times, but last time, it smoked for 3 hours without replacing the chips.
