Q: Is this laptop upgradeable to 12 or 16 gb of RAM??
A: I own this exact model and upgraded the ram myself to 16G. You need to remove the 2 x 4G ram chips and replace them with 2 X 8G chips. I bought them online (1 x Crucial 16GB (2 x 8G) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3L 1600 (PC3L 12800) Laptop Memory Model CT2KIT102464BF160B) and they were very easy to replace.
Q: No buzzing noise from the external speakers in the sleep mode?
A: I have never experienced this problem, it must just be a faulty laptop that some people have. No worries!
Q: Does this laptop have a warranty?
A: I appears to have a one year parts warranty, but not labor..
A: Yes, the laptop can be upgraded to windows 10 with ease.
A: Go to the Dell site, under support, look for your model, and you will find manuals, such as they are There is not really too much info but it is convenient to have this online. In the box, it is just a "getting started" sheet.
Q: Is this laptop good for newer games, such as Fallout 4 or Star Wars Battlefront?
A: You should be able to play those games but I would not expect 60 fps at 1080p unless you are running on low settings otherwise. The video card is sufficient but not exactly a top end model. I have been playing Team Fortress 2 and XCOM 2 regularly on this laptop.
Q: Can it fold completely backward?
A: No, this product can fold about 270 degrees.
