A: I have had this soundbar for under three weeks and I am getting the same problem. The subwoofer is making popping sounds and overall sound distortion. It is so bad that I disconnected it until I can get it checked out.
Q: does this sound bar support 4k passthough via hdmi?
A: The LG Music Flow 4.1-Ch. Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH7B does not support 4K passthrough, but you can work around that by streaming 4K from an app built into your TV, rather than from an external source. Streaming is by far the most common (and the cheapest) way to get 4K content today, and most 4K TVs have 4K-capable versions of Netflix, Amazon and other apps built-in. When you use such an app, you can get audio from the TV back down to your receiver with an optical digital audio connection, which nearly all 4K TVs have or you can use the HDMI ARC port if your TV has one...^IFV
Q: Will this sound bar automatically turn on and off with the TV? I have a LG 55uh7650
A: yes i has an auto on/off option. it will turn on when it detects a signal and off after a while of not detecting one.
Q: Can you hook up rear speakers to this sound bar?
A: Funny the official LG answer is wrong! Although you cannot wire 3rd party You CAN use LG music flow speakers such as H3 H5 or H7 using the Musicflow App to link them as surround rears. I have done this with 2 H5 speakers. This is officially supported easy to do and can be found on their website.
Q: Has anyone else had a problem trying to get a WiFi connection to the LGSH7B?
A: I'm also having problem connecting to wifi, it's not picking up any signal for some reason, bought it few days ago.

A: I called and spoke to tech support on this (I wanted to do the same thing) and you can only pair ONE sub with the soundbar.
Q: Is there a compatible sound bar, with Wireless subwoofer that works with bluetooth headphones?
A: Bluetooth pairing on the LG 360W 4.1ch Music Flow Wi-Fi Streaming Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH7B is limited to "One" Bluetooth device, Multi-pairing is not supported. The Bluetooth module in this unit is a receiver and will receive Bluetooth signals from other Bluetooth devices that are compatible with the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) that transmit Bluetooth signals. It does not transmit Bluetooth signals so you cannot pair Bluetooth Headphones to it since Bluetooth Headphones are also receivers and not transmitters. ^CP
