Q: Touch Id
A: Yes. Must be set up before phone placed in the case.
Q: When I call someone they cannot hear me on the other end how do I fix this
A: I had that problem too initially, but I took the phone out and re-installed the phone into the case paying careful attention to making sure that the volume/vibrate button was installed correctly in the slot. Once i did that, the mic must have lined up the way it was supposed to and I havent had any problems since. Hope that helps.
Q: If I Have an iPhone 5 will it still come with a cover for the home button?
A: Yes this definitely covers the home button, that's how it keeps it water proof.
A: It's water proof. I own it, and can assure you, it says waterproof on the box.
A: As misleading as it sounds, I don't believe lifeproof's "warranty" covers anything except the case and that's only for water damage, not drops. Good luck!

Q: Are there two types of screen protectors ... Which one is best?
A: As far as Zagg, there are the HD clear, and the HD glass. The glass is superior, it is actually glass, not plastic like the clear. Always go with the glass. Zagg will replaced your screen as many times as you want as many times as you pay shipping. HD glass, really good cases.
