Q: What is the coldest setting 0 or 7?
A: I was having trouble with mine. I called Magic Chef. They said 1 is warmest 7 is coldest.
A: The Red button should only be pushed in when you want to set the unit into defrost.
A: No, do not remove the foam and zip ties.
Q: Does the ice maker require a water line?
A: This does not have an ice maker.
Q: does it really have an ice maker or just an ice tray that fits in the freezer compartment?
A: This unit has an ice tray in that fits in the chiller compartment.
Q: What is the pull out tray underneath the freezer for? Thanks
A: The tray below the freezer is used to catch the water when defrosting the unit.
A: Hi Tatica, what kind of a small noise is it? It is normal to hear refrigerant moving around the unit (bubbling, gurgling sound) also, when the compressor turns on it may make a slight vibrating/buzzing sound. Other than that there shouldn't be any other sounds.
A: This model is not frost free. You can lay the unit on its side for transportation. Once you arrive to your destination, allow the unit to stand in its upright position for 4 hours before plugging it in.

Magic Chef 3.5 cu ft refrigerator
Great office/dorm refrigerator. I read reviews on a lot of different units. This one had the best reviews. Many buyers reported damage to various makes and models of refrigerators. This unit was perfect! Very quiet and cools extremely well. Perfect size for my needs. Best Buy price matched this unit and saved me some money.I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of refrigerator.

Perfect for under counter installation
We use these in many applications for undercounter installs including daycares, office build outs, and bar locations. Reliable and long lasting with plenty of room for the essentials needed.

GREAT MINI FRIDGE FOR COLLEGE KIDS
Received my mini fridge and is perfect size for college / student housing. Lots of space got cold really fast and works great! LOVE IT!
