Oster - Expressbake Bread Maker

My bread maker has a great quality. It is working quietly. I like my bread maker so much.

Had an Oster for years and it finally wore out. This one seems to pick up where the last one left off. Works great!

I've used my new Breadmaker several times now and it does a nice job.

I'm extremely impressed with my breadmaker. It's been in action since I bought it and have not had a single problem. I have had other breadmakers in the past and have given them colorful language. This is easy to use; fantastic for beginners, and after you've worked it as hard as I have, you will find yourself keeping it. It's also not as bulky as the ones I've had before. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this really was odd. When starting it was beeping and automatically starting on a strange setting, I honestly cant tell what it was doing. All I know is I had to stop that and start over. I tried it twice, it malfunctioned both times. Loaves were bricks. Ive had other bread makers, equal in price that made beautiful, delicious loaves. The manual was bent/warped so Im wondering if it was a return that was accidentally sold as new. But thats for BB to sort out, as for me, this thing is usless and going back. Sorry.

I've been very pleased with my OSTER bread making machine. It works as advertised and produces great white bread. Easy to use, reliable, and durable. Instruction book has many recipes. The only detriment is that the rye bread seems very dense, and doesn't rise as much as i had hoped. I quit trying to make rye.

I will have to wait to see durability but so far so good. My wife has made pizza dough twice and rolls . and numerous loafs of different breads. Its worked great.

Made OK bread the very first loaf. After that didn't work. Wouldn't knead it properly-and yes I followed ALL instructions on measuring, cleaning, etc. When it was done rising, instead of having a smooth ball of dough it looked like a drop biscuit and after baking it was way too dense. And to whoever wrote the recipe book--how about using common measurements instead of making us do conversions!!
