This Philips hue BR-30 432286 light bulb works with a hue bridge (not included), which lets you link and control up to 50 compatible light bulbs remotely using an enabled device. The LightRecipe presets allow you to quickly create a desired mood.

• Works with a hue bridge (not included): Plus an app (download required) that let you link and control up to 50 compatible wireless light bulbs (1 BR-30 light bulb included) using an enabled mobile device.
• Wireless, Internet-enabled LED light bulb: Displays up to 16 million colors, from warm yellow-white to vibrant blue-white, so you can create an ideal lighting mood for a variety of scenarios.
• LightRecipe presets: Include Relax, Concentrate, Energize and Reading presets, which automatically adjust the bulb's tone and brightness level to help you reach a desired state of mind, such as calm or focused, or allow you to read comfortably.
• Timer function: Lets you program the light to turn on or off at a set time, so your house can be illuminated when you arrive home, and lets you set gradual changes over time, such as brightening in the morning to help bring you out of sleep.
• Remote-access capability: Enables you to utilize a Web browser or the downloadable app to control the wireless bulb from anywhere in the world via your hue account (online registration required).
• Create-and-save-scenes feature: Allows you to choose a photo on your enabled device and drag pointers to colors within the photo to change the hue of the bulb to that specific color. Save your favorite scenes to your hue-enabled mobile device.
• ZigBee network: Enables software and firmware updates to be performed wirelessly, so you can keep the light bulb's technology up to date.
• Retrofit design: Makes it easy to integrate the light bulb into your existing lighting system. Just pick your preferred light fitting or lamp (not included) and simply screw the wireless bulb in and turn your light switch on.
