A: I walk all over a 5000 sq ft house and take the dog out to the yard and mailbox and still get good reception. It's my favorite phone to use. I just bought a second one so I have one on each floor.
Q: Can this be used with home digital telephones
A: Hello- The CT14 includes a headset and a phone. It won't need to interface with your current phone so it should work fine as long as you have a it plugged into the phone line you would like to use.
A: If the unit is kept without any use from 3 to 6 months it may damage the battery. That is why to maximize battery performance, the battery should be charged and discharged once every six months. A: The base is used for charging only. If you keep the phone in the base your unable to use it to make calls. It will ring in the base but you must take it out in order to answer the call or to make calls. I've used this model for a few years now, it works good but does have to charge after being out of the base about 10hrs or less.
A: Our CT14 telephone system was designed to be used with analog telephone lines and we do not recommend using it with digital or VOIP telephone services as they are not compatible on most cases.
