A: There is a plug at the bottom this is the drain plug that you pull out and it drains the water. I put a couple old towels down and then do it. When I had a walk in shower I just wheeled it to the shower. Good Luck. I bought a RCA 12,000 Portable air conditioner. Because of different issues ( major) I would stay away from RCA ( Just my opinion)
