It has a very slow processor. It puts an app/program on standby or inactivates it when switching between apps, so when you return to that app, even after a few seconds, it reloads the page. Thus, if, for instance, you were typing something in a text field, it is often gone. It takes time to reload the app/page again. For example, if I am on WhatsApp typing a message, and I go to my Contacts to check some details, and then I go back to WhatsApp, WhatsApp reloads and the message I typed is gone. This phone does not have face or light detection, so when you are on a phone call (device by your ear), your face sometimes touches buttons on the screen. Screen brightness cannot automatically adjust to lighting. Camera is low quality compared to most Smart Phones. It takes a long time to view/load pictures. Calculator does not save history. The volume buttons do not go down to silent (only down to vibrate. You have to press the power button to go to silent mode). It is small which is nice, but heavy for its size. Overall - very slow and has less features.

Cute phone for my teen daughter. Really small, not something I would buy myself. Since it's her first phone, she didn't need the bells and whistles type of phone. She is happy with it.

I love this phone, it works great. It is actually smaller than the picture but i do not mind. It does everything that any smartphone does but it is tiny.
I would recommend this to a friend

- Answer No it is not able to get used with Virgin Mobile. This Phones uses the GSM network...Virgin Phones need CDMA network--can't do it because of this. Sucks as not all that many phones left that use CDMA-- Virgin Mobile-CDMA Others--GSM
