Customers are saying
Customers admire the step tracking feature for its motivation and helpfulness in monitoring daily activity. However, some users experienced issues with the device's accuracy, particularly during activities like biking, and reported instances where the step count was unexpectedly lost. The placement of the reset button also proved problematic for some, leading to accidental resets and inaccurate data. Overall, the product's functionality is appreciated but improvements to accuracy and button placement are suggested.

The first week it worked fine except the fact that it would reset itself during the day, so I never really got an accurate step count. The next week the battery died, I was to say the least very surprised. I replaced the battery the next day with a new one I just purched at Radio Shack. The next day it died in the middle of the day, but the battery wasn't bad I bought a 3 pack of batteries at $13 plus dollars and I also put one in my garage door opener and it is still working fine. I will be bring this back to Best Buy.

The device is too big for carrying in your pocket and the reset button is raised so it resets your step count frequently rendering it useless. I wanted to purchase the next model up as I'd had a great experience with it prior but it was out if stock.

Good information w/o having to log-in to a website. But the reset button is too easy to accidently press because of its location. It's infuriating to reset your counts accidently because your arm or hand pressed slightly on the button.

I bought this device for my mom. It took a while to get it to work and she had issues with resetting the device. For the amount paid, it's ok.

product did not work straight out of th package; first day, wore while on treadmill - after joggin over 2 miles, pedomeder did not calculate any of my 30 minutes and/or miles, steps, etc. it kept resetting itself .. tried it for 5 days then returned product. could have been defective from get-go, unsure but returned either way.
