Q: can i purchase more shelves?
A: The shelf item numbers are as follows, and can be purchased cheaper from a vendor other Whirlpool by doing a search with the codes: Freezer shelf upper: W10527848, lower W10527849 Ref. 7" deep door bin: W10527271, 5 1/2" deep door bin: W10296855 I purchased a upper freezer shelf and a 7" deep door bin, which really should have been included with the refrigerator.

A: Chip, the doors will be stainless steel, but the sides will be a different color depending on the model. A monochromatic unit will have grey sides and vent to match the color of the stainless steel. A regular stainless steel unit will have black sides and a vent. A: I bought the Weimen stainless steel wipes. They have them most places. They seem to work really well. I store the container upside down to keep them moist. Wipe in the direction of the grain and take a soft cloth and buff afterwards. We don't have children living here but it seems to work nice for us.
