Try mixing different types of load items to reduce tangling.Place a load of sorted clothes loosely in the washer. Items need to move freely reduce wrinkling and tangling. See the “Cycle Guide” for load size recommendations for each cycle. To reduce tangling and twisting, the load items need to tumble freely in the washer. You may need to reduce your load size. Using the correct cycle type for the type of load being washed will also help reduce tangling. A: Hello, I am sorry as I can imagine how frustrating this can be. The cycle signal button can be held down for a count of five seconds (1 one-thousand, 2 one-thousand, 3 one-thousand, etc.,) until the light comes off. That should help to release the lock in the future. I hope this works, Melanie
Q: Fan Dry Option - does it vent inside of house or outside of house?
A: A fan blows room temperature air into the machine allowing the clothes to "air dry". No external duct is needed and the room does not heat up. It does take a very long time to dry though.
