For a refurbished product, it works just the way I need it too! The iPad came with a few dents and scratches but nothing to noticeable. The battery life isn’t as great as I had hoped it to be but it’s expected for a refurbished product. The only problem l had with this purchase was that the wrong charging cord came with the iPad. I reached out to the online customer support about it and they told me to take it into my local Best Buy and they would exchange it, free of charge. And that is exactly what they did! Overall, the tablet works just as if I had bought a brand new one.

I'm very happy with my recently order. I went to Best Buy and they ordered for me. They were very nice. And I'd receive it the day they told me, and they install the screen protector for me. Thank you very much.No I'm enjoying my Ipad pro.
