Horrible company/ scammers

Wish I could give this company a 0 star !! I have had nothing but problems with them, I literally got a 128 gb or whatever it is instead of the listing at 256… they wouldn’t refund the difference but that is not even the major issue, the phone is completely black listed as lost or stolen and was unable to connect to any phone service, I have been going back and forth for weeks and filed a police report against them, just go directly through Best Buy for these or through Apple, do not buy from them !!!

I was a bit nervous since there’s not a lot of prior reviews but o trust Best Buy. Glad I bit the bullet it came in great condition no s scratches Battery health is 93% that’s my only disappointment
