This is a good value for what I needed it for. It is primarily a backup phone for when the power goes out. It has the necessary features that I need. The only negatives are that the lighted dial is barely visible in the dark and it is very lightweight for a desk model. I still have an original ATT princess phone, and guess I'm used to the old quality of things..like the weight of the phone, the lighted dial and the old ringer that can be easily recognized.

To save cell phone minutes and cost, I use this phone while living at home (my parents have unlimited long-distance plan). This phone is so easy to program numbers I call often, and the re-dial is a great feature when my girlfriend's cell phone cuts out and drops our call. Low price and no usage contracts lets me save money.

ordered this phone for my bedroom. the tone is loud and the ringer works great, for the price , its effecient, and streamlined, so it doesnt take up too much room on my dresser. very satisfied.

Product as described. Very easy to get setup. Love the lighted keypad for dialing when power is off to call electric company!! Good product for price. Very pleased with this phone.

We needed a new bedside phone to answer nighttime calls (rare, but occasionally happen). The phone works great, but the base section is not very heavy. Therefore, if you move away from the base with the handset, the cord tends to lift/pull the base away from its resting place. That's the only bad thing. Otherwise, a good phone!

I was going to wall mount this phone but the design makes it look as if it would fall of the hook if mounted on a wall so I decided to go with a different type. Cheap if you want cost savings and better if used flat on a table in my opinion.

phone works fine for price but the panasonic batteries lose their charge quickly even without frequent use...

I was going to replace my older AT&T wall phone in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this new model is lightweight and made cheaper. I thought it was suppose to have the wall mount connection included but it didn't. I returned it to the store.

I would ;have appreciated its being weighted so that it wouldn't slide off the table or desk during a long conversation when changing positions and therefore pulling on the chord. I've had to catch it before it falls onto the floor a few times. The popular Princess phones "in the day" were weighted and therefore more sturdy.

This would've been a great phone but for some reason you can barely hear the person on the other end, even with it turned up all the way.

Sound quality is average. The phone cord is too short between the base and the handset. The base is very lightweight and is pulled up off my desk whenever I pick up the handset. Not happy that I have to now buy a longer cord.

This is a very affiordable corded phone. No real special features, but, easy to use and has the major features for a telephone. You can look up the individual features. Has everthing I needed plus some extras.

Just needed a good old fashioned phone without a battery pack or base connected to wall power. Suits my needs, had the same phone in high school some 20 years ago.

This phone does exactly what I wanted it to do, and was a very good buy. It replaces one which gave me problems from the beginning, and I won't be buying from that organization again.

Nice phone for a great price, wanted a home phone that wasn't cordless & of course Best Buy was the perfect place to shop!

Needed a basic landline phone because when the power goes out, so do the cordless phones. This is a basic trimline, no frills, phone. For under $10 can't beat the piece of mind knowing I can place and receive calls during power outages.
