Great Buy
Purchased this chair for our home specifically for my wife who has back issues. I was weary buying this chair site unseen but I have been pleasantly surprised in the quality and comfort this chair offers. The massage and heat functions are very nice. I love the rocking feature as well. The lumbar support is surprisingly good and I would recommend this chair to others.

Good recliner
The only thing I dont like about this recliner is the arms are only held on with a zipper on 1 side and velcro on the other side and they keep falling down. Other than that its great and very comfortable

[Employee of bestbuy] Easy to use. Comfortable. Had a few hiccups but Bestier came thru and was very helpful. Overall, I am happy with the chair.
