A: I have a Braun S8 and it leaves more whiskers/dust on my shirt than in the razor! Would. never buy another. I wanted a razor that I can shave dry but this is definitely not the razor!

Q: does it require a shaving lotion applied to your face first like an aftershave
A: No it doesn’t. However, For a better shaving experience, I recommend to use with it and any electric shaver is Lectric Shave. It helps to get a closer shave and smells good. Plus it’s isopropyl alcohol based so it dries 30seconds after application and it makes the hair stand up to easily shave. No need to dry or wash you face after. Closest shave I’ve ever gotten with an electric shaver and the Braun Series 7 is the best shaver I’ve tried. (And I tried many) I read a lot of reviews and forums because I have sensitive skin and everyone recommended this shaver and the Lectric Shave.
A: the braun series 9 is better for the skin, However it is made from VERY cheap plastic made to look like chrome, even the parts that hold the shaving heads is plastic
