“Does this shaver catch all shaved off whiskers or do many end up all over the counter and your shirt while you are shaving? (I'm not asking about the clean-up after you're done shaving.) My last foil shaver caught about half.”

I have a Braun S8 and it leaves more whiskers/dust on my shirt than in the razor! Would. never buy another. I wanted a razor that I can shave dry but this is definitely not the razor!

The S7 seems to shave a little closer than the Phillips. I will never buy another Braun electric shaver. How could the creators think this was a good product if this is what happens? It's mind-boggling to me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the 790 and it does catch the hairs,dust really well until it needs to be cleaned. The display shows a hygiene and charge display. It typically ignore the hygiene until it’s time to charge then use the cleaning system. I do note some whisker dust as I get close to needing to charge/clean the unit. Usually 6-8 days of shaving on my shirt. I do not usually rinse it off between cleanings but could I suppose.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This razor catches almost all of the shaved whiskers. It is difficult to clean as the blades and foils are sealed together. I shake it out after each shave. I only use the automatic cleaner about every three days.
