Q: Is the aluminum insert the part that’s usually ceramic? Is it light-weight? Is it durable?
A: It is lightweight and very durable
Q: Does the stainless steel insert have a coating on it that "peels" or scrapes off?
A: Our pot No.RJ 15-6-DC is flaking BIG TIME! The metal under the Teflon coating is not stainless steel! This does not appear to be safe. Where can we get the liner "recoated"? We like the pot otherwise! THANKS
