Dont buy it through best buy

I bought it here hoping to get the early access and the code I redeemed never showed up in my library. Best buy refused to give me a new code or even refund me. I cant even play the game

I had to repurchase the game on a different forum because inwasnt able to redeem this code. I wish the process would be easier. I have not used this code yet, and i pirchased 2 months ago.
