Customer Ratings & Reviews

've been using the Epson EcoTank ET-M2170 for about a month now, and I'm really happy with it. I was looking for a new printer that would save me money on ink, and this one definitely fits the bill. The included ink bottles can print up to 6,000 pages, so I won't have to worry about running out of ink for a long time. The printer is also very fast. It can print up to 20 pages per minute, so I can get my work done quickly. I also like that it has auto 2-sided printing, so I can save paper. The print quality is also very good. Text is sharp and clear, and graphics are also well-rendered. I've been using the printer to print documents, presentations, and photos, and I've been very happy with the results. Overall, I'm very happy with the Epson EcoTank ET-M2170. It's a great printer that saves me money on ink and prints great quality documents and photos. Here are some of the things I like about the printer: Cartridge-free printing Long-lasting ink bottles Fast printing speeds Auto 2-sided printing 250-sheet paper tray Wireless connectivity Here are some of the things I don't like about the printer: No automatic document feeder No touchscreen display Some users have reported issues with the ink bottles leaking Overall, I think the Epson EcoTank ET-M2170 is a great printer. It's a bit more expensive than some other printers, but the cost savings on ink will eventually make up for the difference. I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone who prints a lot.

Was there to buy ink and thankfully thought about checking this out. Cost to print compared to current Epson workstation at home and HP color LaserJet at the office made this choice a no-brainer for me. Will keep the other printers for color printing obviously, but day to day printing this will help drop cost quite a bit.

It was very easy to hook up to the computer. This printer prints on both sides, and continues printing with ease, without stopping. We wanted a printer that will print multiple pages at a time, without constantly running out of ink. We love it!

Clean, crisp black & white copies. Operates efficiently. Look forward to long-lasting ink.

All one can expect is for the product to have the features and functions as advertised. The Epson all-in-one super tank printer meets these criteria. And to boot, it uses long lasting ecologically acceptable ink instead of toner. Great product.

Product is great…I wish I would of bought one a while back… Have already recommended others to purchase the same… Thanks

We needed a reliable black and white printer for our warehouse operation and so far this has been a great printer. the Eco tank refill cartridge has been much more economical than standard print cartridges.

proudly made in the Philippines , this printer does its job above the rest

Followed the set up instructions. Logged onto my WiFi. Got a software update. Put 5 sheets of paper in tray to test. My cell and iPad recognized it. I printed 4 docs using these devices, then a paper jam. Removed the fifth sheet of jammed paper. Then could go no farther due to message on machine that I must contact Epson because of the paper jam although all 5 sheets in machine accounted for. Not a good beginning.

Amazing printer has stood the test of time! I would definitely buy again!

Great for high volume printing. Much less expensive to use than other printers

Excellent printer. Prints fast and neatly. Will save a fortune in printing ink costs vs our last printer.

Owned it for less than a month but so fa so Good. I like the fact that it's not cartridge based. Setup was easy and straightforward.
