Q: No clips come with this set, where do I purchase clips?
A: If you need clips you can call Conair and tell them what you need. I loaned my clips out and never received them back. Conair was very accommodating and sent me more for a nominal cost. I told them what size curlers I had. This was a few years ago, but they probably still sell them. I ordered clips not claws which make dents in my hair. I'm sure if you wanted the claw type they could send you those.

Q: How long does it take for rollers to get hot?
A: It takes 8 - 10 minutes for the rollers to get really hot.
Q: Are the clips plastic or wire?
A: Plastic. Claw like clamp.
Q: Exactly what kind of clips come with this set?
A: My curlers never went from red to white . Is that a problem , as they did heat up.
