A: Other than power, this is the only cable that connects the OneConnect box to the TV. It carries sound and video. All source cables (HDMI) from cable/satellite, DVR, Game Console, etc, will plug into the OneConnect box.

A: No I made the mistake of buying it. Took the Q6 tv back and got a Q7. Samsung does not make a longer cord for the Q6 series, In wall is only compatible with Q7 Q8 Q9. What a rip the cord that comes with it is only 9.7ft.
