Good Workout
I am glad to see Leslie is finally making her workouts advanced for the ones who have been working out with her for a while! The only thing I wish is that it was a complete workout from start to finish. It's broken down in segments and in each of the segments they are wearing different clothes and they are not sweating, which drives me insane! I want to see them sweat with me! Oh, and Corin in the video, is an attention hog! Other than that, it's a good work out. It makes me sweat, but I wear ankle weight and do other things to make it more challenging for me.
