A: I haven't personally done it but it does have audio tracks in the timeline to add audio sounds. It also has the capability to the best of my knowledge for you to use its camera or mic to add a voice-over. According to google search, there are videos that you can watch that show you how to do a voice-over in your video by using this video editing product.
