Customer Ratings & Reviews

I don’t listen to the radio, so when installing my stereo, I did not care for getting an antenna adapter. That is, until I went to a drive in movie theater. There I was inside a drive in, having already paid the entrance fee, with no radio. I left and next day went to Best Buy to pick up this adapter. It was installed in 15 minutes. Most of that time involved wrenching the 4 bolts required to remove the stereo. The rest was plug and play… and tuck away! It works perfectly!

The installation process for this antenna adapter was straightforward, and the adapter fit perfectly without any issues. The result has been clear and crisp radio reception, allowing me to enjoy my music and stay informed without any interference. I'm truly satisfied with the performance of this antenna adapter, and I highly recommend it if you have a Toyota Rav4 or other compatible vehicles. It's a small investment that can significantly enhance your driving experience.

Wor my s great. No more fumbling for stations on the road

Bought it for a 2015 Camry perfect fit. Easy to install and works like it should.

My new car head unit needed an antenna adapter to get the AM/FM radio to work. I hooked it up easily and it did exactly what i needed it to!

Used the Metra 40-LX11 antenna adapter to connect my new Pioneer DMH-W3050NEX to the factory antenna in my 2014 Prius. Installation was quick—just plug and go—no signal loss or static issues. The connection is secure, and FM/AM reception is as clear as it was with the OEM radio. It’s one of those inexpensive but essential pieces you don’t want to skip when upgrading your stereo. Tip: Check your vehicle’s year and model to confirm fit before buying. For my setup, I used this adapter along with the Metra 95-8226B dash kit and the Maestro ADS-MRR steering wheel interface for a complete upgrade. Bottom line: Does exactly what it’s supposed to do, with zero hassle.
